Hanzhou Landlong Industry Co. Ltd. is a private enterprise in which raw materials of industrial surfactants and maintenance-free separation plates for batteries are produced. There are three sub-enterprises, named Landlong Chemical Company, Landlong Separation Plate Company and Hanzhou Landlong Chemical Product Trading Company.

Installations of thin film sulfonation by SO3 and of advanced PRESS outer-cycling type polyether reaction are constructed in Landlong Chemical Company. The former is the only one installation in pesticide emulsifier business in the whole country. Anionic surface-active agents (calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) and nonionic surface-active agents (benzoethyl phenol polyoxy ethylene polyoxy-propylene ether, NP series, AEO series etc.) are produced for pesticide emulsifiers. Production capacity of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate reaches 4000 t/y with high quality equivalent to the Japanese product. Landlong Chemical Company is one of the most important calcium surfactant production enterprises in China.

To meet the requirements of foreign customers, we also developed a production line of 70% anhydrous Calcium salt(with isobutyl alcohol solvent) and a production line of 50% anhydrous calcium salt (with aromatic hydrocarbon solvent). We are the biggest exporter in China now. With production and sales of composite pesticide emulsifiers up to 2000 t/y, Landlong Chemical Company is one of the most important manufacturing enterprises in pesticide emulsifier business in China.
In Landlong Separation Plate Company, the most advanced product line of adsorptive glass fiber plates for valve-controlled close type lead battery was constructed. Products in different thickness and different dimensions can be manufactured according to the requirements of customers. Especially in the control of acid boiling property of separation plates, products with a maximum acid boiling tolerant time above 20 minutes can be manufactured through the regulation of special methods.
